Richard van der Blom did a study on over 300,000 posts on LinkedIn and there's a lot of interesting data on how links work on LinkedIn. If it's an additive link, it can actually boost your reach there.

​ChatGPT sets guidelines for placing ads​

Self-serve ads in ChatGPT rolled out in May for everyone and they just released guidelines of what to expect. They're only showing ads for those on the free plan, so for those with higher ticket products or services, this might skip right over your target market no matter what you do.

​Turning a bad review into marketing gold​

Bad reviews happen to everyone. They can be soul crushing at times. For the New Bedford Whaling Museum, they turned one review into a t-shirt that has now gone viral. A really great reminder that how you respond to negative feedback is really critical. Sometimes you just need to laugh it off :)
